Improvements and bugifex

- Fixed Enter key triggering level start during welcome screen tutorial
- Modified input handling in WelcomeScreen.gd to check if tutorial tips are being shown
- When tips are shown, Enter and Space keys now only navigate through the tutorial
- All other keyboard shortcuts are ignored during the tutorial
- Normal keyboard shortcuts work as expected when the tutorial is not active
- Improved user experience by preventing accidental level starts
